Oklahoma Approves EHS Audit Privilege Act

The State of Oklahoma legislature recently passed the Oklahoma Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Audit Privilege Act (EHS Audit Act), which became effective and accessible on November 1, 2019. The EHS Audit Act provides confidentiality for reports and other documents generated during Voluntary Audits. It also provides for Voluntary Disclosure of EHS Violations discovered during qualifying Voluntary Audits.
